Halloween 2011

Halloween is such a fun time for me. I love this Holiday because it kicks off all the fun festivities that bring the year to a close.  Although it almost seems like it is just the beginning of the year for me, maybe because school has just started.  Anyway we took Olivia out trick-or-treating with our/her friend's the Rideouts. I was surprised at how long she lasted, we went to about 15 homes and then she was done. I had to keep telling Liv to only take one treat, she would keep taking treats from the bowl until the people would tell her that was enough. Olivia loved being a little witch and Maddie was the cutest little midnight fairy!

Earlier in the week the girls went to their grandma Stewart's house to make fun Halloween treats and crafts. They LOVED it.

October 2011 Halloween Maze

In October we took the girls to the maze at wheeler farm. I loved every minute of it and I think the girls did too. There is something so special to me about the fall. I think because it is a time to cozy up with the ones you love. It makes me think more about home, family, and traditions. I hope this will be the start of a fun family tradition for our little family.

Olivia turns 3

I can't believe my little stinker is 3 already. She is such a fun little girl to have around! We love her so much and are so proud of her! She is learning so much and has such a fun personality. I love having my little side kick to hang out with! 

Livi had two birthday parties, the first one was at her Grandma and Grandpa Stewart's home. Everyone came to celebrate her Birthday. She loved her stylish clothes she received from her auntie Jenny and her "hop-scotch" alphabet rug she received from her Gamy and Grandpa. But her favorite gift was her Baby alive!

She decorated her own little birthday cake.

Her second Birthday party was a small one at our house. Mema and Grandpa Rudd came to celebrate with us. She loved blowing out her candles and opening all her presents.

 

Fall is officially here

I don't know what it is about fall weather that makes you want to cuddle up in your jammies and bake, but that is exactly what Livi and I did today. After we had a couple of bites of our pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, we bundled up to go outside and splash in the rain puddles. Of course we needed to document how adorable Liv was, so here you go.
